StarStarStarStarStar H12 Bluetooth Headset
User: Bob M, Apr 29, 2010

Pros:  small, clarity, and dependable
Cons:  sometimes have to turn off and on to get headset to connect

Overall I like this headset. It is small and has great clarity. Very dependable. Compared to other headsets that after a couple months no longer work. I also like the charging options, from wall plug in to usb with your computer.
StarStarStarStarStar By far one of the best

Pros:  Sleek, Comfortable, Quality of Sound is great
Cons:  You have to play with the headset in order to align it to the charging docks

I love the H12 headset! I had doubts that this headset would work as good as my old and trusted Plantronics headset. The product looks great (love all the chrome), sounds great, and connection is super fast to my Tour even while the phone is ringing. I love that it has an on/off switch that is separate from the volume controls. Fits comfortably around the ear, comes with 3 ear bud fitters. Small, large, and oval. Mine also came with a travel car charger, desktop charger, desktop power cord, and desktop travel charger. Both charging docks are magnetic. So I havent had any issues with knocking it off the dock. Every once in a while, I do have to play with the dock in order to get the headset to charge properly. Great Product! Good job Motorola!
StarStarStarStarStar shared weight distrobution! sounds as good as more expensive models
User: Ben H, Sep 16, 2009
doesnt seem to hav any nagative vs the more expensive plantronics. HOWEVER... it hangs on your ear aswell as stays stable with a bud inside your ear. the shared weight distrobution doesnt cause your ear to hurt after about 30mins like ive had with buds that simply rest all the weight on the inside of your ear.
StarStarStarStarStar Just Awesome

Pros:  Sounds good, Buttons are easy
Cons:  None so far

I can talk on my Sprint Touch Pro using my H12 while in the car driving down the highway with the sunroof open and not only can I hear good but so can the person at the other end.

It has a nice loud volume.

I used it for a three hour call the other day and it didnt get close to running out of battery.

Its comfortable and fits good. I really like the small plastic hook.
