I work construction and my phone is another tool

I managed to snag my phone on the ladder as I was stepping onto a roof, yanking both phone and holster off my tool belt

They went sailing down about 10-12 straight down to concrete driveway

Hit on corner as there was like a grind mark there
Absolutely no damage to phone and case only has that very minor scritch mark

Not the prettiest rig but if function is more important to you as it is to me - than how cool looking it is - get this setup

The case and holster are very sturdy but not overbearing. doesnt turn your phone into a suitcase. Very nice soft feel to the touch. spring clip on holster is very strong and does not feel like it will snap off or break. I have been extremely happy with the purchase. if you want an otterbox type protection but would rather have less bulk then this should work for you.
