Great portable cable

I have been carrying this cable in my pocket for months. Much better than the tangled mess the original cable was to stow and retrieve. No complaints, will buy again when I lose this one.

I have an iPhone 4 and its wearing an Apple bumper. This cord works great but only when the phone is naked. The 30 pin connector is too fat to squeeze into the slot for it. It might work with other cases. Im not sure yet. Great cord otherwise..

Doesnt fit through Otterbox

I am having great difficulty finding retractable charging cables that are compatible with the 3GS and the Otterbox. I thought that with the shape of this cable, it would have fit, but it was still too wide for the Otterbox. It is still a good cable, just not for the Otterbox.

For the price, this is a good product, but if you are like me and go everywhere with your iPod and have it in your pocket, etc, you will quickly notice that the cable itself starts to wear and tear pretty quickly. The input/output connectors themselves work great, but the cable itself tore on mine after just a couple of months.
