This was one of the least expensive, but I was very impressed when I received it. Made of high quality leather, durable construction, low profile. Saddle Brandy color is beautiful. Clip is very secure on a belt, but not too difficult to remove and doesnt tear up my belt. My 3GS is naked and fits perfectly. Any kind of case on the iPhone, other than a very thin back cover, would probably be too thick to use with this.

I have an original iPhone and I bought this case at the same time... almost 2 years ago. I have had not a single problem with it. Its still in great shape, magnet works well and strong, and the belt clip is always tight. I was worried that the clip wouldnt hold or break over time. Not at all. I have recommended it to lots of people I work with and there are many of us that have one. All are satisfied. For just $15!!! Id pay $50 now that I know the quality. Its worth it!

Nice side case

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this side case. The leather is thick all around and the stitching is flawless. It should protect against the normal bumps and bangs one would expect in an office or home setting. The corners of the iPhone, though, are exposed. So, I would probably not recommend wearing this when harder bumps might be expected (e.g., heavy outdoor chores). The magnetic closure has so far been secure. It wont wear down like those Velcro closures. Im much happier with this than my previous case that cost twice as much. Overall, I think this is an excellent value.

I now have four holsters/cases for my iPhone. My wife thinks Im an idiot but four holsters is half the number of purses she owns. Nevertheless, the Smartphone Experts hoster is by far the best on the market. Yes, its snug at first and even "snugger" when using a screen protector. The case does stretch, as leather does, in just a few days. Now, its perfect. The quality build tells me itll easily outlast my iPhone (or at least outlast my iPhone battery). Also, the fact that it comes in a wide variety of color choices means anyone can find a color they like. The magnetic flat is superior to the velcro versions (the magnet is in the flap not the body of the holster-meaning farther from the phone if that makes you feel better. I have had no malfunction issues with my phone due to the magnet). The openings on the ends allow for headphone use and some side-button interaction while in the case. Lastly, the design is extremely low-profile. No bumping or popping-off-the-clip accidents in my experience. In my opinion, my other cases will collect dust.

This is a great case. Durable and stylish. I ordered the Incipio Silicone sleeve and it is now to thick to slide into the side pouch.

overall a very nice looking case. It just seems too tight. Hopefully it will loosen up with time. If not Im going to get a top loading case like I had for my Blackberry.

Magnetic Clasp Ruins Iphone

I work at a mega electronics store and its amazing how many people come in complaining to us that their phone has be damaged due to magnetic clasps on their covers like the SidePouch. Then they are dumbfounded when we tell them we dont even sell that accessory. We dont because DUH its common sense not to put magnetic hardware next electronics.
